In order to enhance safety production management of the enterprise, and improve the ability of employees for accident disposal under emergencies, recently, the company carried out fire emergency evacuation training activity on the subject of "the enterprise development relies on safety". Nearly 200 employees in Shanghai headquarters participated and conducted fire emergency evacuation training.

According to planning and design of the training, Shuanglin Group invited officer Zhu in fire brigade in Qingpu District, to explain fire cases and use methods of fire-fighting equipment etc. to participants, and introduce measures and skills for scientific disposal of fire accidents such as smooth communication, orderly coordination etc., according to related requirements of "four understandings and four abilities". Meanwhile, in order to make all participants experience use of extinguisher, working personnel ignited a fire pan prepared on site, the fire blazed up in a moment, burning intensely. After officer Zhu explained use method of fire-fighting equipment and made practical demonstration, participants from Shuanglin integrated into the training activity in a serious manner, and completed work content to be undertaken in training timely and effectively.

The purpose of fire drill is to take preventive measures to prevent the crisis from occurring in the first place, via this training, risk prevention consciousness as well as self-aid and mutual aid among employees have been improved, while the ability of fast response of employees to emergency accidents has also been enhanced, providing a powerful guarantee for future safety production management in Shuanglin.
