From May 18 to 20, the 2017 Financial System Conference which is the annual centralized training was held in Shanghai National Accounting Institute. The conference was presided by Ge Weijun, deputy director of financial center, while Shi Min, Vice General Manager of the company, and director of financial center as well as financial personnel in all systems of the company attended the conference.

Look forward to the future of financial industry

At the beginning of the meeting, Mr. Sun Yancong from ZTE broke the ice with practical cases of ZTE, via analysis on development history of over 20 years of ZTE, he elaborated the necessity and importance of supporting overall financial transformation via sharing services, under the big circumstance. Using actual operation of ZTE financial center as an example, he elaborated the scope of application of financial shared services and changes in financial operation mode brought by financial shared services.

Professor Chen Shengqun, the management accounting expert in Shanghai National Accounting Institute demonstrated the path from financial accounting to management accounting and important significance to Shuanglin financial personnel based on Management Accounting Knowledge System and System Construction. The courses of Financial Leadership and Economic Psychology of Social Behavior instruct financial personnel to exert teamwork spirit, break traditional inherent thinking pattern, and handle actual issues efficiently and flexibly in work.

Focus on financial center planning

Shi Min, Vice General Manager of the company, and director of financial center emphasized that financial personnel of Shuanglin shall improve recognition of transformation from financial accounting to management accounting, find insufficiency of themselves, form a habit of constant learning, promote professional knowledge, management ability and communication ability of themselves, adapt to changes and develop ability in financial sharing construction pushed by Shuanglin Group in future, so as to jointly promote basic financial type to develop towards business financial type and strategic financial type in financial work of Shuanglin Group, and provide services and supports of decision making for future development of Shuanglin Group.

In order to combine theory and practice in a more effective manner, team building and quality development was also organized in this meeting, while a heated discussion about training courses and future development in Shuanglin finance was also conducted. Financial personnel went to the platform to exhibit their own opinions, fully showing the active and aggressive spirit among financial personnel in Shuanglin.
