On August 25, the annual suppler seminar of powertrain division of Ningbo Shuanglin Auto Parts Co., Ltd. in 2017 had a grand opening in Citic Pacific Zhujiajiao Jinjiang Hotel. The seminar was focused on the theme of “Joining hands with Shaunglin to create a better future”, and more than 60 supplier representatives in the seminar had heated discussion. Mr. Shan Jinhui, General Manger of the company, Mr. Cheng Jixiang, Director of Enterprise Management Center and principals of each functional center and branch attended the seminar.

  Mr. Wang, Manger of the powertrain division gave an opening speech on behalf of Shuanglin Company. He described the excellent achievements of Shuanglin Company and the brilliant future of DSI transmission, as well as his hope to explore with suppliers on how to improve product quality, optimize product cost and improve product’s market competitiveness through this seminar.

Then, on how to achieve the theme goal of “Joining hands with Shuanglin to create a better future”, principals of powertrain division, sales, purchasing, quality, R&D, controller development and other functional centers shared more detailed insights. 

The seminar also invited especially Mr. Liu Wenzhong, Vice President of BorgWarner (China Region) and Mr. Liu Qiguang, General Manager of Chongqing Hongyu as supplier representatives to give keynote speeches.

Adhering to the concept of “We make joint endeavor on the road to success today and share the fruitful results together tomorrow”, Mr. Shan Jinhui, General Manager of Shuanglin Company gave concluding remarks of the seminar. He proposed a strategic target of “accelerate new product development, increase quality investment, optimize cost continuously and realize the goal of 1 million transmissions in 2020” for suppliers. With strong theoretical analysis supported by data, the speech produced strong resonance among the suppliers in the seminar. They said they are encouraged deeply and were full of confidence in the future development of Shuanglin DSI.
