On September 21, a group led by SQE manager from SGM safety parts and customer quality manager in China region from Autoliv visited and guided The First Xincheng Factory under Shuanglin automobiles accessories division. Information Center Director, Head of Quality Department from Shuanglin, and General Manager of the factory received the visitors and introduced the planned future and present condition of smart manufacturing industry and electronic-based system, as well as the R&D and production of high-end new projects, and reported the current works with respect to electronic tracking of SOR and safety parts, and QSB implementation required by SGM.

On September 22, the customers visited plastic injection workshop and panting workshop, showing their satisfaction on the equipment and technological capacity of this factory, and praised the QIS system and production report system which are established to meet the QSB requirement of SGM. What is more, with respect to paint peeling problem that has been frequently complained in China, head of painting workshop gave a professional answer, with current equipment capacity and quality control for high-gloss painting technology and paint film adhesion, having won the praises from customers. 

September is the quality month of Shuanglin. The field guidance from SGM and Autoliv customers on “full error-prevention and accurate tracking, electronic management of safety parts, QSB system” means a lot for improvement of Shuanglin’s quality management. Given the SOP node of new projects in 2018 and progress of various information systems, we believe that Shuanglin can satisfy customer’s requirements and become a leading role in this industry.
