Since the starting of “quality month” in Shuanglin, power train division and its factories have deeply performed works necessary to achieve “quality month” in accordance with overall plan from Shuanglin group and their own plans. 

Power train division has performed the quality month by adhering to policies of “practice full involvement and exceed customer expectation”, having taken feasible and practicable measures to promote production safety and ensure stable and controllable quality. 

1. Active publicity to form a good atmosphere for full involvement and quality improvement 

2. Post of sings and slogans to enhance quality awareness of all the staffs

3. Conduct quality activities in various forms, e.g., training ,QC improvement, self-inspection and self-correction, and cross-audit

4. Organize staffs to perform quality control and supervision activities in a wide scope.

Training

Product quality lies in the each step of manufacturing process, being the life of a brand. Production safety is the foundation of everything. Factories have performed safety education and training in connection with work safety in workshops and skills needed by different positions. With respect to professional capacity of quality personnel and quality awareness of all staffs, training about IATF16949 system and five-quality tools has been made toward all factories.

Self Correction 

Total quality management must be well-done, quality standards must be implemented and quality assurance system must be continuously improved to create better products and ensure products are controlled during the entire process. Rooting the “quality first” sense into mind of all staffs and using technical improvement and structural adjustment to form Shuanglin’s own core technologies and know-hows are intended to enhance productivity and increase core competitiveness, thereby meeting customer requirements.
