The stamping parts involve multiple systems, such as the mold and stamping parts for door and window, seat, and safety system. Currently we mainly provide products for Brose, Magna, Faurecia, etc.
The division has a team of 500 employees, including more than 30 product design and development staff and more than 20 project development staff. The division is committed to the independent R&D and innovation of key automobiles parts and electronic control modules like seat driver, seat motor, seat position memory module, window anti-pinch module and flexible shaft, etc. We have set up structure laboratory, electronics laboratory, NVH laboratory and measurement laboratory, etc. More than 85% of the verifying experiments during the entire product development process can be conducted here, which guarantees the reliability of product design.
The division has two modern manufacturing plants which are located in Ninghai County, Ningbo, Zhejiang Province. The driver parts plant has annual output of 8 million auto electric seat drivers, 3.6 million flexible shafts, 960,000 motors and 200,000 electronic modules. The stamping plant has annual output of 200 large molds and 4.6 million various stamping parts. The division has multiple machining equipment, dozens of first-class large tonnage stamping equipment and many full automatic welding lines and assembly lines, as well as more than 100 other machining equipment.
